Thoughts

Lovely, lovely Anne……………..My Nan used to say “beauty is only skin deep”, its only as I’ve got older that I realise how true this is and how fortunate I am to have had such a beautiful friend in you. You are beautiful inside and out, wise, honest, fun, hard working, conscientious and the most amazing lady I have been fortunate enough to call my very, very special friend. All the weddings Anne, the christenings, the parties….good times and lots and lots to celebrate. Tons of memories and wonderful, wonderful children, and I suppose those are the things we have, no matter what and no one can take them away from us. I miss you so much but you will remain in my thoughts always xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Anne was a friend I never felt the need to contact every day, week or even month. However, I knew that when we did get together, we were straight back into a very long lasting friendship. We talked and listened to each other and I always felt our friendship was built on mutual respect. I am in total awe of the way she raised her two lovely daughters who remain an absolute credit to her. I know she was deservedly very proud of them and what a fabulous job they did last Tuesday, 14th June. I will remember you always. Carol X

Lunch in Sainsbury’s café will never be the same. No more putting the world to rights, telling each other how awesome we are or talking about grandchildren, family and friends. Miss you Awesome Anne! xx
